Learn to check your Diastasis Recti and practice postures focused on closing the Rectus abdominal gap, which will cure your back pain.

Guided Breathing (Pranayama)

Learn breathing techniques that can help you manage Baby Blues or Postpartum Depression. Pranayama can help you destress your brain.

Baby-friendly sessions

Bring your little one along! A relaxed environment where you can flow while the baby sleeps or watches. Crying, feeding, and diaper changes are all welcome here.
